Actively amplifying a colleague's good work does more than just make their day; it builds a culture of recognition and psychological safety. It demonstrates your confidence, your eye for talent, and your commitment to the team's success over your own ego. This act of generosity builds immense goodwill and social capital, positioning you as a true leader and a valuable collaborator, regardless of your official title.


Where to start? Three easy ways to amplify:

  • Public Praise (in a Team Channel): Post a quick 'Kudos' or 'Shout-out' in your team's chat. Be specific! e.g., "Shout-out to [Name] for that incredibly clear project brief. It saved us a ton of time."
