1:1 Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions built entirely around your situation. You bring the challenge, the decision, or the question, we work through it together using frameworks, honest questions, and clear accountability. Serving clients virtually across Canada and the US, including Toronto and New York.
Sessions are available in two formats:

Breaking Through a Career Plateau
A career plateau is not always obvious from the inside. Everything looks fine. You are still performing. Your reviews are solid. But nothing is actually moving. No meaningful conversations about what is next. No stretch assignments. No sense that anyone senior is thinking about you when opportunities come up.
The plateau is almost never a performance problem. It is almost always one of three things.
A visibility gap - your best work is happening in a room that decision-makers never enter. Your manager knows your value but the people who make advancement decisions have limited direct experience of it.

LinkedIn Profile & Resume Review
A focused 60-minute session dedicated entirely to your professional materials. Most professionals significantly underestimate how much their LinkedIn profile and résumé are working against them, particularly at the mid-career and senior level, where the bar for how you present yourself is much higher.
In this session you'll get a direct, honest assessment of what's working, what's not, and specific changes to make. You leave with a clear action plan, not a generic checklist.
This session is particularly valuable if you're actively job searching, considering a career pivot, or preparing for a fractional executive move.
Group Coaching & Team Workshops
Custom coaching engagements for teams, cohorts, and organisations. Topics include leadership development, career strategy, communication and influence, navigating career transitions, and building high-performing teams.
